Have you ever heard of the national brunch movement? Intrigued? Thinking about how much you like brunch? You're in the right place! So, there's this group that began in Virginia called Gals That Brunch. "Gals That Brunch (GTB) is the remarkable community of diverse women from all walks of life who embrace femininity, style, grace and (of course) BRUNCH! Our mission is to create a positive, authentic and empowering atmosphere where women can connect with each other and find community within their city" -Tiffany Accardi. The movement is actually growing! So far, they have Gals that Brunch groups in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Boise, Idaho, Charlotte, North Carolina, Dallas, Texas, Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado, Glens Falls and New York, New York, New Haven, Connecticut, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Orange County, California, Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina, and (of course) San Diego, California! These girls mostly find out about Gals That Brunch on local Meetup websites, and go just to meet new friends, but end up staying connected because of the love and camaraderie they receive.
I was introduced to Tiffany Accardi of Gals That Brunch in an online group for local creatives. She proposed a styled brunch shoot to help promote her community of wonderful women and Gals That Brunch. There were three themed tables: European, Boho / Bohemian, and a colorful, glittery Mimosa Bar! With a group of about 20 other creatives and vendors, and a TON of hard work from Tiffany, we pulled this amazing shoot together and you can see some of our amazingness in the images below. Sooo, what do you say, wouldn't you want to brunch with these ladies?!Â
